REFERRAL PROGRAM

Word of mouth is huge in the service industry. When you tell just one person about me it helps me AND my business. This program is my way of showing appreciation for my clients. If you refer a friend, you will receive a $15 credit to your account and they will receive 10% off their first appointment with me! (New client must show up for booked appointment for you to receive the credit. Credits will expire after one year of being applied to the account.)

CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointments. If you need to cancel, please let me know 24 hours in advanced to avoid this charge. After 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time you are considered a no-show. If you are running late please text me and we will see what we can do. If the appointment is rescheduled, the fee will be applied to your next appointment. 

NO REFUNDS

I offer no refunds. I want all of my clients to be 100% satisfied. If you have any questions or concerns about your service, please reach put within 24 hours to address the problem free of charge.
